What ACCW is doing in India & Nepal

ACCW helps to support 13 group homes in Nepal. Homeless and abandoned children are placed with local Christian families who adopt them and care for them. Each family home is given a distinctive name, such as House of Hope, House of Grace, and averages 10 children. Eleven homes are located in Kathmandu, and 2 others in far western villages.

We continued support for Mendies Haven, an independent orphanage in Kathmandu, where 16 children and teenagers live.

We also forwarded sponsorship gifts for 10 children at Dorothy’s Home in Chennai, India where children learn about Jesus, and are also taught basic skills.
